Our Wedding packages include floor length linen table cloths, linen napkins, mirror tiles and 12” glass hurricane shades for centerpieces, white table skirting for head table and cake table. Any candles used must be contained. Anything being attached to walls, ceiling, woodwork, tables or chairs must be approved in advance. We do not allow glitter, confetti or silly string. Your reception room will be ready by noon the day of your event for decorating and any outside vendors (band, dj, etc) to set-up.

No food of any kind, with the exception of your Wedding Cake, is permitted to be brought into the hotel. Our menus are only suggestions; our Executive Chef will be happy to work with you to create a custom menu specific to your tastes, dietary needs and theme. It is necessary that detailed arrangements be confirmed no later than two weeks prior to your event. A final guarantee is required three days prior to your event. All food and beverage are subject to 18% gratuity.

No alcohol is permitted to be brought into the hotel. When scheduling a banquet bar, we implement a $50 per bar set-up fee. When special requests are honored for liquor, beer or wine items not carried in regular stock, the guest is responsible for the total purchased amount. We require proper id of any person consuming alcoholic beverages. The hotel will terminate liquor services if minors are consuming alcohol.

Our wedding packages include a Jacuzzi Honeymoon Suite for your wedding night with a complimentary bottle of wine, champagne or sparkling cider. Arrangements can be made for a block of sleeping rooms at discounted rates for your family, wedding party and out-of-town guests. To guarantee the discounted rate, reservations must be made three weeks in advance. Standard check-in time is 3:00pm; check-out time is 11:00am.

| Upon booking a Wedding Package, we require a deposit of half of the total Wedding Package. The other half is due six months prior to your event. We require payment in full three days prior to the event, when final counts are given. Any additional equipment, food and beverage, added day of event must be paid for when requested. |
