Q: How Do I Make a Reservation?
A: To make a reservation, you'll need to first click on Make a Reservation. From there you need to click on Reservation Wizard. Enter the dates you will be staying with us and the number of adults and children in the party. If you are chosing a package or making reservations for a certain group or conference go down to the promotion box and enter your group code, click next. Click on the type of room you would like to have, if your group has chosen a certain room type for you please select that type, click next. Enter your contact information, name, address, phone number. Your credit card will be charged for the room rate at that time. Click next. Enter your credit card number and expiration date, next. If you are making a reservation for another person or business, please fill out company name and your name, click next. From there you will get the total for your stay that will be charged to your card, click finish. On the following page, you can build your own package by adding to your stay for an extra charge by clicking on the shopping cart. There you can purchase waterslide passes for 4, continental breakfast, and/or hamburger, fries, and sodas for 4.
Q: What Time is Checkin and Checkout?
A: Checkout time is 11am and checkin is 3pm. Occassionally rooms are made available earlier than three. Please check with our staff at the front desk.
Q: What is Involved in the Checkout Process?
A: When you have completed your stay with us, come down to the front desk to check out. There you will verify with the front desk clerk that you want to have the credit card on file processed for the amount of your stay.
Q: Is it Safe to Register Online?
A: All online registrations are completely safe. Provided information is strictly for the use of The Billings Hotel and Convention Center and will not be released to a third party.
Q: Do You Allow Pets?
A: Here at The Billings Hotel and Convention Center, we want to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We understand it is hard to be separated from your furry friends, so we are more than welcome to help accommodate your pets. An additional $25.00 per night will be billed to your room for your pets. We only have a certain amount of pet rooms to rent out. Our pet rooms are on our upper level and unfortunately we do not have an elevator.
Q: What are the Pool Hours?
A: The pool will remain open from 8am until 10pm daily for guests of the hotel only. There is no charge for swimming, but there is a $3.00 charge for wristbands for the waterslides. There must be a adult accompanying any child under the age of 14.
